Ken Anthony was recently interviewed by Spartanburg CBS affiliate WSPA regarding restaurant cancellation policies which threaten to hold customers legally liable for negative reviews. “I don’t think you can ever give up your right to free speech in this country,” said Ken. “This contract would not hold up in court.”
